Taco Soup is super simple and quick in the Instant Pot.
- 2 lb hamburger
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 c dehydrated tomatoes (or 28 oz diced tomatoes)
- 2 c water (omit if not using dehydrated tomatoes)
- 1 drop cumin essential oil or 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
Directions: saute hamburger, onion, garlic on saute instant pot setting. Soften cream cheese and whisk. Once hamburger is brown, then add remaining ingredients. Set instant pot on soup for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese, cilantro, or sour cream.
