Have you ever tried roasted pumpkin seeds?
Roasted pumpkin seeds are super yummy and super simple to make. This is a fall tradition in my home. Here’s our family’s favorite ways to roast them. We’ve tried variations but always return to this recipe.
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
- Toss seeds in a bowl with the olive oil and salt.
- Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
It’s that easy. This is a highly nutritious snack most kids love. We make memories every year by cleaning out a pumpkin and roasting the seeds.
