Homemade Tuna Salad
This homemade tuna salad is not only easy but it’s good for your gut when you use fermented cucumbers. Fermented foods restore the good bacteria in your gut. This can improve immunity, aid in digestion, and help reverse diseases.
2 cans of wild caught tuna
2 tbsp mayo
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped fermented cucumbers or dill pickles
Mix all ingredients together. Serve with crackers or spread on bread.
